Riley Thompson earned a degree in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where coursework and volunteer experiences reinforced a passion for supporting others. Prior to joining Keswick School, Riley gained experience in healthcare and customer service environments that strengthened skills in communication, empathy, and relationship-building. Riley was drawn to Keswick because of the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping students achieve meaningful personal growth.
