Strategic Priorities 2025-2028

Since 1963, Keswick School has served students and families from across the country and abroad by providing a safe, nurturing, and highly specialized environment where young men can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Hundreds of students have found success here and have gone on to thrive in their next schools, workplaces, and communities. As we reflect on the significant mission and impact of our work, we also acknowledge the responsibility to manage the trust and resources families, educational consultants, and school districts place in us—both now and for the future.

To that end, our administration and Board of Trustees have adopted our 2025–2028 Strategic Priorities, which build on our long-standing values of dignity, respect, and meaningful relationships. This plan builds upon our focus on three key pillars: maintaining and deepening a strong school culture for students, staff, and families, elevating the student experience, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Keswick School is dedicated to providing immersive, relationship-based academic, residential, and therapeutic programming. With committed staff and deep family engagement, we prepare each student with the skills and confidence needed to thrive.
