Our dedicated team of professionals works tirelessly to deliver the highest quality care to our students. There are so many ways in which the Keswick Difference can make a difference in your career.
A Close Knit Community
Keswick School’s size allows for an intimate setting in which all of our staff know each other. The shared vision of supporting our students fosters a unified team in which every staff member works together for the greater good. Doors are always open, and lasting professional and personal relationships are encouraged in a setting where everyone is growing and learning.
A Multidisciplinary Approach
Due to the complex nature of the work involved in supporting our students, we have professionals from multiple disciplines working together to support our program. Our staff frequently interacts and learn from professionals in the areas of psychology, psychiatry, special education, social work, program management, case management, human resources, and leadership. Staff have the opportunity to explore these disciplines as they grow their careers. Many of our staff have realized their professional calling while with us.
Mentorship and Professional Growth
Another benefit of our small community of professionals is that our staff can develop mentoring relationships with one another, further enriching their professional growth. Through mentorship, we have had staff enroll in and complete graduate school, achieve licensure in special education, and become proficient in the skills necessary to be a therapist. There are a multitude of opportunities to work closely with professionals who want to help our staff succeed in finding their voice in the fields we represent in our industry.
A Culture of Dignity and Respect
At Keswick School, dignity and respect are themes that run throughout both our program for students and our staff. Every member of our team is integral to what we do. Each staff member is treated with professional courtesy and the dignity to learn and grow while developing a strong work ethic and professional sense of self.
