Growing up, Matthew always had a soft spot for children with special needs and disabilities. He worked with special needs kids in high school. He felt he was good at working with kids, but never knew how much he would enjoy it until he applied to Keswick School.
"Keswick School was something very foreign to me before applying, but after seeing the campus and learning about the program and values of the school, I knew it was the place for me to work. The kids inspire me every day. Rarely does it seem like work because the work is so rewarding and tangible. You can see the boys' growth in such a short time, and seeing them complete long-term goals with your support is a great feeling."
