Henry began working at Keswick School as an undergraduate intern at the University of Virginia. After returning the following summer as a part-time staff member, Henry joined the residential program full-time after graduating in 2024. He spent a year in the Monroe dorm as a backend counselor before moving to the Support Counselor position.
"I choose to work at Keswick because our effort with the students can be so clearly seen and appreciated in the long term. The staff culture is incredibly supportive and professional. Building relationships to help these students is a privilege, not to mention a great deal of fun."
