Micahya Simpkins has built her career supporting children and families through early childhood education, therapeutic mentoring, behavioral health, emergency communications, and residential care. These diverse experiences have strengthened her ability to remain calm under pressure while building positive, supportive relationships with young people. She joined Keswick School because it provides the opportunity to help students develop the confidence, life skills, and resilience needed for long-term success.
“Every student deserves someone who believes in his potential, even on their hardest days. I love watching our boys accomplish things they once believed were impossible and knowing I had the opportunity to encourage them along the way.”
