Prudence has had extensive and widespread human services involvement, working with young populations to older adults. In college, she was a student practitioner in a Special Education Program helping 18 to 22-year-olds with disabilities, where she eventually transitioned to become a Special Education Paraprofessional. Prudence also interned at The Seed Collective in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she facilitated therapeutic, executive functioning, and structured play activities for 5 to 15-year-olds. Additionally, Prudence completed a field study through Virginia Tech's Engagement Center for Creative Aging, where she supported the planning, implementation, and intergenerational engagement of creative aging programs.
"I was immediately drawn to Keswick School because of its commitment to anchoring genuine support through all aspects, as a boy may not have had that authentic foundation before in their life. The staff at Keswick are driven individuals who want to foster real connections and promote positive change. I feel grateful to be part of this community that cultivates such an important purpose."
