Josh earned a BA at the University of Richmond, and continued to serve the university in customer service until he began working for Norfolk Southern Railroad as a conductor. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Josh held various sales and customer service positions before transitioning to a residential counselor role in the Jefferson Dorm.
"I choose to work at the Keswick School because I felt called to support underserved youth. During my undergraduate career, I volunteered with at-risk youth in inner-city Richmond, which solidified my understanding of the importance of helping students who may not receive the support they need in a typical school setting."
