Rowan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in History from Christopher Newport University. Her academic background includes research in personality, stress management, social psychology, and abnormal psychology, complementing years of hands-on experience working with children, animals, and individuals with diverse learning needs. Before joining Keswick School, Rowan worked as a riding instructor, pet care professional, and customer service associate, roles that strengthened her patience, adaptability, and ability to build meaningful relationships. Drawn to Keswick's therapeutic mission, she is passionate about helping students develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to thrive.
"Every student deserves to feel encouraged, challenged, and supported as they grow. I appreciate being part of a team that celebrates each student's progress and helps them build the confidence and resilience they'll carry with them long after they leave Keswick."
