In 2015, Kent started working at a summer camp for young men with ADHD for the next three summers. This led Kent to change his degree so he could continue working with this population. After college, Kent went to work at a wilderness therapy camp in North Carolina for two and a half years. In 2020, Kent took a case manager role at a youth residential treatment center before joining the Keswick community in 2026.
"I chose to work at Keswick because I was inspired by the dedication of every staff member and the genuine care they show each student. Since joining Keswick, I have seen firsthand how much time, effort, and compassion go into helping each boy succeed. Watching our students grow and thrive when given the right support and tools continues to motivate me every day."
