William attended Grinnell College and graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2023. He then completed an MSW with a specialization in Direct Practice: Mental Health, graduating in 2025. He completed internships at Hope Ignites, the VA Pittsburgh Medical Center, and worked for a year as a counselor at Progressive Medical Specialists, prior to joining the Keswick School community.
