For more than 20 years, Bill has worked with young people in schools, camps, churches, and nonprofit organizations, helping them build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and navigate life's challenges. Nearly a decade ago, that passion led him to Keswick School, where he has served in the residential program, supporting students' personal, social, and emotional growth through encouragement, humor, and the occasional reminder that making your bed really is a life skill.
"What inspires me most about Keswick is the opportunity to build genuine relationships with students and walk alongside them as they grow. Working in the residential program means no two days are ever the same, which I find enjoyable. I believe a little encouragement and a little laughter can go a long way, and it's a privilege to help students gain confidence, navigate challenges, and celebrate both the small victories and the big wins."
