Kathryn earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Washington in 2020, where she focused her studies on meditation and contemplative practices. She went on to complete her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2022, which deepened her interest in helping others build confidence and resilience. After graduating, she worked in schools and daycares in teaching roles, where her experiences supporting children and their development sparked her interest in pursuing a career in social work. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University, which has led to her field placement at Keswick School.
"What inspires me about working at Keswick School is the opportunity to support students by recognizing the strengths each individual brings with them. I have enjoyed working with youth, and believe supportive environments and relationships can foster a young person's confidence and growth. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to learn from Keswick School's commitments and goals to promote success for both students and families."
