Nydja Randolph-Harris earned her bachelor’s degree in Youth & Social Innovation from the University of Virginia, where she became interested in understanding and supporting young people through her experiences in mentoring, internships, and community work. She is now pursuing her master's degree in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Developmental Science at UVA as a double hoo! Her experiences have shown her how important positive relationships and supportive environments are to a young person’s growth, which ultimately led her to pursue an internship at Keswick School. Through this experience, she hopes to continue learning, build meaningful relationships with students, and gain a better understanding of how to support young people with different needs.

I’ve always been passionate about working with young people because I enjoy building relationships with them, learning who they are, and helping them recognize their own strengths.
