Elijah joined the U.S Marine Corps directly out of high school, serving our country on two overseas deployments. Later, he would be selected to relocate to Quantico to train entry-level Marine Corps officers on leadership and tactics. Upon separation from service, Elijah went on to consult and improve a number of very successful companies, focusing on the development of leaders and personnel, as well as on process implementation and workplace discipline. Elijah decided to utilize his experience in personnel development, discipline, etc., in an environment where he could truly make a difference and continue to be of service, and found Keswick to be the perfect place.
