Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Texas State University, 2018
Alex received a bachelors in Business Administration from Texas State University. He worked at camp Cho-Yeh during the summers while in college, and than worked with the Peace Corps after graduation. He than moved to Virginia and worked for IRC, where he assisted refugee families secure housing. After his contract was finished at IRC he began working at Keswick School.
“I chose to work at Keswick School because I often found it difficult to express my educational needs in a traditional public school setting. I also struggled with high anxiety growing up and didn’t always know how to handle high stress environments. I feel like I can empathize with the students as they learn new skills that will allow them to succeed in the future.”
Alex likes to be outside as much possible. This could involve hiking, playing ultimate Frisbee or basketball, swimming, or camping. He also loves going to shows and finding new artists. Another one of his hobbies is playing board games.
