CHAIR
Thomas Albro
Mr. Albro was born in New York, NY. He received his A.B., cum laude, in 1969 from Cornell University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1972. Tom focuses on the following practice areas: Medical and Legal Malpractice Law, Motor Vehicle Collisions, Personal Injury Law, Defamation Law, and Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Charlottesville-Albemarle and Virginia Bar Associations. He previously served as Chair of the Litigation Section Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar and Chair of the Standing Committee on Lawyer Advertising and Solicitation. Tom was a lecturer on Trial Advocacy for the University of Virginia School of Law for 15 years. He served as a Councilman on the Charlottesville City County.

Steven Siesser – Treasurer
Mr. Siesser is a partner and private equity chair with Lowenstein Sandler LLP and co-head of the New York City office. As co-chair of the firm’s Transactions & Advisory Group, he actively represents investors, target companies and intermediaries, such as investment banks and high-net-worth individuals, in a range of sophisticated transactions. He often serves officially as their outside general counsel and unofficially as their trusted business and legal advisor, providing them with much-needed perspective on the universe of challenges they face. Steven’s clients know that he is totally focused on their interests. Mr. Siesser was named among The Best Lawyers in America (2013-2018) in the corporate law category. He earned Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts degrees from George Washington University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
Sarah Hormel Everett – Secretary
A 1982 graduate of St. Anne’s-Belfield School, Sarah spent a number of years outside of Virginia in educational and business pursuits. Back in Charlottesville since 1998, she is currently involved in the Virginia Institute of Autism, The Discovery Museum and St. Anne’s-Belfield Alumni Council. She also sits on a Parental Advisory Board at George Mason University and on the board for Action for All. Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in Soviet Studies, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She went on to earn her a master’s degree in management from the University of Utah. While in business school, she studied photography and spent considerable time either in the photo lab or on the pristine slopes of the Wasatch Mountains enjoying nature and taking pictures. In 1988 she matriculated at both the University of Washington and University of Oslo, Norway, to obtain a second master’s degree in Scandinavian Studies. Sarah remained in Norway until 1998, working at the Norwegian School of Management. A fluent speaker of Norwegian, she was responsible for international exchange programs, graduate degree programs, and college counseling.
Elizabeth (Liz) W. Adams has an A.B. in American History from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School in Management. Until she retired to raise three children, Liz worked in marketing and strategic planning for IBM, BayBanks (now Bank of America), The Boston Company, and Fidelity Investments. Liz has served on a few institutional boards which have included Breakthrough Greater Boston, History Cambridge, and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Liz and her husband, Cliff Lasser, believe strongly in supporting those less fortunate without access to resources for their education. Liz and her family are immensely grateful to Keswick School for the kind of support and selfless commitment the school provides to the families they serve.
Andy Eichfeld is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee at Discover. He joined in 2018 and is responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and the Discover Management System. Since March 2020, he has led the company’s COVD Crisis Response Team as well. Prior to joining Discover, Andy was with McKinsey & Company for 23 years based in Chicago, Boston, and Washington, DC. As a Senior Partner, he helped lead services companies through large-scale Lean Management transformations, which resulted in significant gains in revenue and cost efficiency, speed, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. He also built a global practice focused on Lean Management and led several initiatives to modernize McKinsey’s internal talent systems and leadership development programs. Andy earned a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and two master’s degrees from the University of Chicago. Andy lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife, Nancy, and twins, Owen and Gwen. Owen attended TKS for grades 5-8.
Lisa is the parent of a former TKS student who transitioned in 2018. She studied theater at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and spent the senior year of her B.F.A. program studying in Paris. She went on to earn her teaching credential at Holy Names College in Oakland, California, and her master’s degree in literature from San Francisco State University. In addition to caring for her children and aging parents, Lisa contributes her talents in local theater and video productions and has devoted time to the local public schools. She volunteered for five years with Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic), fundraising and recording audio books for children and adults. She also serves on the board of directors at the Dragon Theatre in Redwood City.
Earle is currently retired, but his professional career started when he graduated from William and Mary with a BBA in Accounting. Upon passing the CPA exam, Earl worked for the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Realizing he didn’t want to be an auditor, he began a 43-year career in Telecommunication. His first position in 1976 was in regulated telephone communication with Contel, a large primarily rural telecommunication company. Still with Contel, in 1984, Earle was fortunate enough to be in on the ground floor of a new technology – Cellular as the CFO of their new cellular division. He transitioned to VP Marketing and Sales and to Sr. Vice President. The last 15 years of Earle’s career was as EVP and COO of Shentel, a diversified public telecommunication company offering wireless, cable and telephone services located in Edinburg VA. In retirement, Earle started a second career/hobby working with a contractor to build spec homes at Smith Mountain Lake.
David Wolkoff
David is a principal at Heartland Business Center, a privately owned real estate company in the New York tri-state area. He oversees the acquisition, financing, management and development of major real estate projects. Currently, he is focused on 5 Pointz Towers, a 1.3 million square foot development consisting of two towers (48 and 41 stories) in Long Island City, Queens, as well as the development of Heartland Town Square, a 450 acre “smart growth” community in Edgewood, NY (Suffolk County, Long Island.) David is devoted to his wife Stephanie (The CEO of the fashion consulting firm SWW Creative) and his three children sons Zachary, 16, Tyler, 14, and daughter Alexi, 11. David is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Robert Stockhausen, Jr – Trustee Emeritus
Mr. Stockhausen, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and property management. A 1990 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, Mr. Stockhausen also holds a M.Ed. from the University of Virginia. Starting as a commercial leasing specialist in Atlanta, Georgia, with Bullock, Terrell and Mannelley in 1991, Mr. Stockhausen became a commercial real estate agent for Real Estate III Commercial Properties in Charlottesville, VA. He has now been Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis of Charlottesville for the past ten years and has developed a vast network of real estate investors, contractors, brokers and third party providers.
