CHAIR
Andy Eichfeld volunteers as an advisor and board member with a small portfolio of organizations focused on economic and social inclusion and leadership development.
Previously, Andy was the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer at Discover Financial Services from 2018-2023 and a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company from 1995-2017.
Andy earned a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and two master’s degrees from the University of Chicago. Andy lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife, Nancy, and twins, Owen and Gwen. Owen attended TKS for grades 5-8.
TREASURER
Frank’s area of professional services is accounting and auditing. He specializes in historic/tourist sites, manufactures, nonprofit organizations, and retailers. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA).
Frank is married to Geri, and they have two children and two step-children. He enjoys music and outdoor activities including cycling, hiking, camping, kayaking and cross-country skiing.
TRUSTEES
Elizabeth (Liz) W. Adams has an A.B. in American History from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School in Maagement. Until she retired to raise three children, Liz worked in marketing and strategic planning for IBM, BayBanks (now Bank of America), The Boston Company, and Fidelity Investments. Liz has served on a few institutional boards which have included Breakthrough Greater Boston, History Cambridge, and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Liz and her husband, Cliff Lasser, believe strongly in supporting those less fortunate without access to resources for their education. Liz and her family are immensely grateful to Keswick School for the kind of support and selfless commitment the school provides to the families they serve.
Robert (Bob) is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. Bob and his wife Liz live in Northfield, IL with their three sons. Their youngest son, Griffin was a student at Keswick School from January 2019 to June 2022 and went on to graduate from Middlebridge School. Bob has a B.S. degree and a J.D. degree from Northwestern University where Bob serves on the Board of Trustees. When asked to consider serving on the LKEC Board of Trustees, Bob remarked: “I often get asked to join an organization because of my skills, experiences and judgment. While that may be true here as well, Keswick is getting a more complete package. I’m not doing this alone. I’m doing this together with Griffin and Liz to make a difference now and for generations to come.” Bob was named a “Notable Gen X Leader” by Crain’s Chicago Business in 2021 and a “Trailblazer in the Midwest” by The American Lawyer in 2022. He helps lead the team that has been awarded “Capital Markets Practice Group of the Year” numerous times by Law 360.
Earle is currently retired, but his professional career started when he graduated from William and Mary with a BBA in Accounting. Upon passing the CPA exam, Earl worked for the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Realizing he didn’t want to be an auditor, he began a 43-year career in Telecommunication. His first position in 1976 was in regulated telephone communication with Contel, a large primarily rural telecommunication company. Still with Contel, in 1984, Earle was fortunate enough to be in on the ground floor of a new technology – Cellular as the CFO of their new cellular division. He transitioned to VP Marketing and Sales and to Sr. Vice President. The last 15 years of Earle’s career was as EVP and COO of Shentel, a diversified public telecommunication company offering wireless, cable and telephone services located in Edinburg VA. In retirement, Earle started a second career/hobby working with a contractor to build spec homes at Smith Mountain Lake.
Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Leigh received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and her MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She has worked as a strategy and decision analysis consultant in the US and internationally, helping clients to identify robust strategies and to analyze choices in the face of uncertainty. Leigh describes herself as an experienced business professional with a broad set of skills and experiences across multiple industries and countries. As a management consultant, she has helped top decision-makers in large organizations to better understand, discuss and quantify opportunities, risks and uncertainties. She settled in Sweden in 1999, and in 2005, she started an e-commerce business with a focus on high-quality, educational toys which she sold in 2023. Leigh currently resides in Stockholm, where she is an independent consultant, a mentor to early-stage ventures and a volunteer in community outreach programs for newly-arrived immigrants. Leigh’s son Ben was a student at TKS between 2015 and 2019.
David Wolkoff
David is a principal at Heartland Business Center, a privately owned real estate company in the New York tri-state area. He oversees the acquisition, financing, management and development of major real estate projects. Currently, he is focused on 5 Pointz Towers, a 1.3 million square foot development consisting of two towers (48 and 41 stories) in Long Island City, Queens, as well as the development of Heartland Town Square, a 450 acre “smart growth” community in Edgewood, NY (Suffolk County, Long Island.) David is devoted to his wife Stephanie (The CEO of the fashion consulting firm SWW Creative) and his three children sons Zachary, 16, Tyler, 14, and daughter Alexi, 11. David is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Thomas Albro
Mr. Albro was born in New York, NY. He received his A.B., cum laude, in 1969 from Cornell University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1972. Tom focuses on the following practice areas: Medical and Legal Malpractice Law, Motor Vehicle Collisions, Personal Injury Law, Defamation Law, and Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Charlottesville-Albemarle and Virginia Bar Associations. He previously served as Chair of the Litigation Section Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar and Chair of the Standing Committee on Lawyer Advertising and Solicitation. Tom was a lecturer on Trial Advocacy for the University of Virginia School of Law for 15 years. He served as a Councilman on the Charlottesville City County.
Robert Stockhausen, Jr
Mr. Stockhausen, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and property management. A 1990 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, Mr. Stockhausen also holds a M.Ed. from the University of Virginia. Starting as a commercial leasing specialist in Atlanta, Georgia, with Bullock, Terrell and Mannelley in 1991, Mr. Stockhausen became a commercial real estate agent for Real Estate III Commercial Properties and is the Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis of Charlottesville.
